초수봉 교수는 고려대학교 경영대학에서 경영학 박사 학위를 취득하였다숙명여자대학교 재직하기전에는 한국외국어대학교 경영대학에서 국제경영전략 부교수로 근무하였고현재 숙명여자대학교 경영학부 교수로 재직하고 있다주요 연구분야는 글로벌전략신흥시장 다국적기업 국제화전략다국적기업의 신흥시장 진출전략제도이론과 기업 혁신중국시장 전략국제마케팅 등이다이와 관련한 최근연구는 Journal of Business Research, Journal of Knowledge Management, Journal of International Management, International Business Review, Management International Review, International Journal of Human Resource Management, Asian Business & Management, Business Research Quarterly, Thunderbird International Business Review등 국제저명학술지에 게재하였다.

 

Simon Shufeng Xiao is Professor of International Business at the Division of Business Administration, Sookmyung Women's University, Seoul, Korea. He is currently serving as Editor-in-Chief for International Journal of Multinational Corporation Strategy. His primary teaching and research interests lie at the rise of emerging multinational enterprises, institutional theory in strategic management, entrepreneurship and innovation, and foreign subsidiary management in emerging markets, with a particular focus on China and India. His recent research interests center on international business in the digital economy, with a focus on technology innovation within and between platform ecosystems. His research has appeared in the Journal of Business Research, Journal of Knowledge Management, Journal of International Management, International Business Review, Management International Review, International Journal of Human Resource Management, Asian Business & Management, Business Research Quarterly, Thunderbird International Business Review, and other major journals. Professor Xiao has extensive teaching experience at all levels—undergraduate, MBA, EMBA, PhD, and executive programs, and he especially enjoys working with PhD students.
