Description:
Relationship Marketing Host is responsible for providing high quality services to our gaming customers on the main gaming floor, High Limit Area and Solaire Club. As front runners of Solaire Resort & Casino and project a good image and goodwill of the company. Identify potential players to build up good rapport to drive incremental visitations to our venue.
Essential Responsibilities:
• New members acquire on the casino floor and provide premium services to patrons within assigned locations.
• Identify potential players and regular VIPs and provide a high standard of customer service to generate repeated visits by customers.
• Establish a warm rapport and willingness to listen.
• Anticipating customers’ needs and problems for all players in Solaire Resort & Casino and acting effectively, patiently, and willingly.
• Cooperate and coordinate with related departments.
• Have a ‘team player” mentality about reporting and handling all information.
• Act in accordance with Solaire Resort & Casino policies and procedures without any intimidation to customers.
